For goods available in stocks , If your order is not dispatched within 10 business days after the promised shipping date, Money-back Assurance guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the product and gives you full flexibility to cancel your order till the time product is dispatched – No questions asked.

What does Money-back Assurance cover?

  • You have paid for the product but didn't receive it.
  • You have received a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order.
  • You have received a product with which you're not satisfied because of quality , manufacturing defect etc.

How do you receive your refund through Money-back Assurance?

Money-back Assurance assures refund of payment through bank transfer by M/s Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd. . The Mode of payment may vary depending on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

Money-back Assurance Coverage Details

* products refers to all products sold on our website www.scorpiamedimart.com . The refund is subject to refund policy specified on specific products as mentioned on the web portal www.scorpiamedimart.com . Only those products shall be processed for refund which are received undamaged as per return policy.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange/Alternate Product Conditions:

In case you are not fully satisfied about the quality or performance of a product, SCORPIAMEDIMART  ( Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd.) will gladly help in the exchange of the product for another size, subject to fulfilment of following conditions:-

  • Product(s) need to be unused, unaltered, unsoiled, original condition with their original tags including but not limited product bar code, price tag etc; and packaging intact. Also the request should be logged within 7 days of receipt of the goods. After 7 days no request shall be accepted.

Exchange/Alternate Product is not given for the following: 

  • In the interests of hygiene, SCORPIAMEDIMART ( Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd.) may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been used or soiled
  • Products that are sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged as individual items
  • In case the size requested is out of stock, Money-back Assurance will issue SCORPIAMEDIMART ( Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd.)  cash of the same amount, using which you can order any other product from SCORPIAMEDIMART ( Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd.)  .
  • Please note that cancellation of a product is subject to approval by SCORPIAMEDIMART ( Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd.) .
  • For return/replacement of goods it shall be responsibility to send/Courier the products to M/s Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd., on “To Pay”  Basis ( The freight charges shall be borne by Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd.) . ON receipt and inspection of goods the refund/replacement shall be decided as per condition of received goods. Refund /Replacement shall be done with in 15 days from the day of receiving of the defective.
  • Warranty on applicable products shall be as per norm of SCORPIAMEDIMART  ( Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd.) .
