What does Money-back Assurance stand for?

Before the dispatch/delivery of the product.

For goods available in stocks , If your order is not dispatched within 10 business days after the promised shipping date, Money-back Assurance guarantees refund of the money you have paid for the product and gives you full flexibility to cancel your order till the time product is dispatched – No questions asked.


What does Money-back Assurance cover?

  • You have paid for the product but didn't receive it.
  • You have received a damaged/defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order.
  • You have received a product with which you're not satisfied because of quality , manufacturing defect etc.

How do you receive your refund through Money-back Assurance?

Money-back Assurance shall refund payment by providing you Scorpiamedimart Cash for amounts less than Rs 1000. For amounts greater than Rs 1000, refunds will be made through either Scorpiamedimart Cash, cheque or bank transfer depending on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

# Brand's policy shall apply for specific branded product. We source branded products and these products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange/Alternate Product Conditions:

In case you are not fully satisfied about the quality or performance of a product, Scorpiamedimart will gladly help in the exchange of the product for another size, subject to fulfilment of following conditions:-

  • Product(s) need to be unused, unaltered, unsoiled, original condition with their original tags including but not limited product bar code, price tag etc; and packaging intact. Also the request should be logged within 7 days of receipt of the goods. After 7 days no request shall be accepted.


Exchange/Alternate Product is not given for the following:

  • In the interests of hygiene, Scorpiamedimart may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been used or soiled
  • Products that are sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged as individual items
  • In case the size requested is out of stock, Money-back Assurance will issue Scorpiamedimart cash of the same amount, using which you can order any other product from Scorpiamedimart
  • Please note that cancellation of a product is not possible in case of Medical Equipments.
  • All Malfunctioning of Medical Equipments shall be covered as per warranty norms .
  • The Service Support for All Medical Equipments sold by Scorpiamdemart.com shall be provided my M/s Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd. ,directly or through their authorized service partners or by the concerned vendors if otherwise mentioned.
  • After completion of warranty period AMC/CMC shall be provided by M/s Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd.
  • Consumables do not carry any warranty unless specifically mentioned.
  • All the warranty on the products sold on Scorpiamedimart have “Return to Bench” warranty . Onsite Warranty shall be applicable only on products where it is specifically mentioned.
  • For return/replacement of goods it shall be responsibility to send/Courier the products to M/s Scorpia India Medicare Pvt Ltd., on  “To Pay”  Basis ( The freight charges shall be borne by M/s Scorpia India Medicare Pvt. Ltd) . ON receipt and inspection of goods the refund/replacement shall be decided as per condition of received goods. Refund /Replacement shall be done with in 15 days from the day of receiving of the defective
