Delivery within 3 business weeks
Your order will typically reach your doorstep within 3 business Weeks if it is being shipped to the following areas:
Delivery in 3-4 business Weeks
For Non Metros and cities not mentioned above, usually your order should reach your doorstep within 3-4 business Weeks from the time it was confirmed with us. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.
Shipping from partner locations
To provide you with a plethora of shopping options, we have partnered with several brands. Some products in our catalogue are directly shipped from these partner locations. These are marked as "Sold by Partner" and usually take 5-8 business Weeks to reach your doorstep.
Heavy or bulky items
Some products in our catalogue are heavy or bulky and shipped through our surface logistics partner. These orders may usually take 3-4 business Weeks and their delivery may not be possible at a few select locations.
How do I track my Order?
Email and sms are sent to you after the Order is Shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider.

I should have received my order by now but I haven't. What do I do?
If you have the tracking information ( reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

Scorpiamedimart.com. offers absolutely free shipping on most products in India. On products belonging to Scorpiamedimart.com.com Add-on program, nominal shipping charges are applicable. To avoid paying shipping charges, just buy this product along with anything else from our website. Please note that this shipping charge is different from our Cash on delivery convenience fee. This is a fee of Rs. 39 that we charge only on COD orders and is completely waived off for all prepaid orders. The Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
